Zero response re discount settlement on home bond whilst I am in very poor health

I have no insurance on my bond. I had a payment break for 12 months. Not working since March 2025. I have send about 9 emails begging for discount to get my affairs in order for a discounted settlement amount. ZERO feedback from Nedbank Home Loans. I am literally post my +- 13th skull surgery yet I have to beg and keep re-sending my pleads to take our hectic circumstances into consideration. When my husband lost his job 4 years ago first thing we did was push our homebond with a payment. And now.... ZERO response or favour.
