Zero notification that card arrived for collection

I requested that my new American Express card be delivered to the branch in Tygervalley I remembered that nobody contacted me to let me know that the card arrived. I went to the branch this morning and was told the card was destroyed. Exactly the same happened to my wife Zero notification from the bank I had to cancel the card and order a new one On the app is a choice to get the card via their lockers outside the bank I've tried for a few hours but the app constantly replies with: " Our locker services are currently unavailable" Tried Durbanville branch with the same response.
