Zero Customer Service

Customer service is really not great. I have been trying to get a prescribed letter for my overdraft from almost 5 years ago. The call center's number doesn't even ring and when I try via email the call center agents tell me it isn't something that can be done via email, meanwhile just a month ago I was sent a prescribed letter for my personal loan all via email with no hassle. I can literally be off of debt review tomorrow if this company would simply send me a letter stating that this account was closed and any monies owing is no longer. It surely cannot be that difficult to do.
