Zero customer service!

I visited Nedbank in Khayelitsha I am very disappointed, they had zero interest in helping me.

Zero customer service, zero work ethic I am disgusted how I was treated. I went there because I was ****med me Uconnect and I needed help cancelling the debit check.

Unfortunately the light complexion lady in help desk was not interested in helping, I currently have four funeral covers with them and I am thinking of cancelling them after the experience I received and I move my salary to Capitec Bank.
