Reviewer Update

Every time my loan account is fully paid and I request a consolidation of the loan and remaining balance with MFC and guess what?

I receive 2 emails from your LAZY consultants requesting my contact details and availability, so clear nobody even bothered reading the information provided to them!!!

As can be guaranteed as ALWAYS from your lack of customer services,

nobody attended to my previous email let alone bothered to respond to it!!!

Only to have some ****y call centre agent call me and referred back to my previous then want to me to repeat myself again.

In response to your latest text message, I don’t know where you expect me to find th R9403.35 claimed to be in arrears.

Do yourselves, a HUGE favour take the combined balance on both accounts and come back with a single repayment on the outstanding balance and term.

I am not going to make additional debt after you ****** me out of my Mercedes which I’m still repaying at R5000 per month and NOTHING TO SHOW

Going forward your only contact medium is now email and I will endeavour to BLOCK all calls from Nedban****!
