ZERO communication. You have to CHASE to get the slightest feedback. Even so, NON provided!!

App**** for a loan on the 15th October. I was asked to submit documents, which I did immediately! I have called several times, resent the necessary documents, even emailed the consultant and I still have not received ANY form of feedback. You WILL run from pillar to post just to receive even the most BASIC form of communication from them. Not entirely sure if it's because of MY demographic that I'm not being taken seriously.
