Zero communication and estates in limbo with no solutions.

6 months down the line and my late uncle's estate is still in limbo. I am now waiting close to one month for an L&D report because some person claims there is a cash shortfall and yet won't provide the proof of this. Where are the facts and figures? Yet quick to tell me to pay in or sell property but can't give me proof of where the money went? This is pathetic. I want my late uncle's estate dissolved/liquidated. I won't be paying in a cent nor selling any properties. I have handed this over to the Ombud. Your communication stinks but all this is sticks and stones for your institution. You don't care. I want said estate wrapped up. To move on. It's been 3 years of hell. It's common sense to give a statement or breakdown when claiming money is short or owed?? Or is that something to big for you to comprehend?
