Zerich Mbele and Employer Nedbank Sucks

Nedbank is the absolute worst bank, exorbitant fees poor service, rude call centre agent and useless ***** unit. Nedbank sent me an sms about a suspicious transaction. I called them and spoke to Zerich Mbele, who told me the bank put a hold on my card, but the monies were released to the **** merchant. She said there's nothing the bank can do if the hold didn't work and the monies went through, I must discuss it with the ********** merchant. Why have a ***** unit if you can't interject ********** transactions! The team leader was not available for answers. I'm moving my accounts from them. Imagine paying R800 p/m per account for this ****.
