Not everything has to be sad and horrible.

I suffer from an anxiety d/o (generalised) so speaking to consultants is like flying a submarine for me. I already came guns blazing.

I spoke to Skumbuzo Jali. He showed no sense of Exhaustion(after 10pm) ,no signs of annoyance.no signs of having of having better(TikTok nonsense) things to do. No signs of having a friend next door onesgaxa sendaba.

May I please give him his flowers. May I please immerse him and his night team in authentic appreciation. For remembering we arent all Tech Geniuses.

May Nedbank recognize the evening⁰ team on 30 May.because I also came across a colored Lady who smiled over the phone and said "skhumbuzo".. Keep up the great work.and never forget,we are fixed by kindness.not by impossible solutions.
