Your system gave errors, but have still debited me 3 times

Yesterday when doing my online banking, I twice got the notifications that the transactions could not be verified, in RED, and so logged out. Tried again later, and the usual transfers that I do went through perfectly fine.

Of course now, even though your system was showing an 'error', you have let all of these amounts go through!

This has never happened to me with you guys before?? How do I now get those extra amounts reversed back to my account please??

Please note that the debit reversals have not been done as discussed telephonically a few days ago. Please advise?

Thank you for your kind assistance regarding the above issue. Unfortunately the double debits which were Nedbank's error, are now credits with the beneficiaries concerned. I really hope that this will not happen again, as it is a huge hassle and inconvenience.

I am sorry that I missed your call, which went to the spam list on my phone. As per my previous comment, the extra debits that went through my account have been kept as 'credits' with the companies concerned = that is confirmed. So there is nothing to reverse. I sincerely hope that I am not going to have this issue with Nedbank again, as it has caused sincere inconvenience alround.
