Your service is **********… you don’t treat your customers fairly

Your service is really pathetic I have called into the call centre on numerous occasions and I have been sent from pillar to post without resolving a query that was logged with them directly for almost 3 weeks… there is no accountability … you are not treating your customers fairly at all can my matter pls be resolved NEDBANK … your call centre cuts calls all the time and I have logged this with the services team and no feedback has been given …***
