Your methods are not user friendly

The Nedbank Mobi Money wallet is the most complicated method of sending money to people. The person I sent the money to desperately needed it and they were just not able to withdraw due to this feature being not user friendly. They spoke to the contact centre and even went into the branch with no luck at all. I as the one who sent the money can't reverse the transaction. Nedbank, you made a mistake with this one.
