Come to branch to COLLECT your credit card. I take half day at work excited to get my credit card, kanti, my FICA wasn't done, told to come back maybe tomorrow or they will call later that days, hours later bank just closed I wait to collect a credit card i thought was ready. Perhaps next time, Dear Nedbank, don't use the word Collect but maybe come to branch to verify your FICA that way, it doesn't seem as urgent as ce and collect your card. Because then you just creating alot of inconvenience to us low end Ppl that you obviously don't value as much.
