Young Professional Banking Exclusion
I am currently a nedbank customer. I enquired about the young proffessional banking account which had requirements of being under 30 and holding a 4 years degree. On the phone I asked if I qualify even though I have a 3 years degree, and they said yes I do as long as it is a degree and not a diploma. Now that I want to actually open the account they are adamant on the 4 years and now they're saying if I took a year gap between my degree and honors I don't qualify. I am upset because initially I was given the wrong information and now I'm being excluded merely because of a year gap. Most degrees are 3 years and that shouldn't make me any less of a professional. According Nedbank when you have a Bcom Accounting degree you are not a professional
