Good day <br> <br> I done an online application for a nedbank credit card, received an sms confirming approval of the app. Sms states that you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange delivery of the card.<br> <br> It is now almost a week later and no contact has been made. I have contacted your call centre on two occasions already regarding this matter.<br> <br> Please can someone contact me to advise on the delivery status of this card, and the correct SLA.
