I have spoken to 5 people regarding the cash back on vehicle finance. Each time I call Nedbank I am connected to another *********** individual that does not have a clue as to what to do or how to assist me. The call centre is useless, you have to give your whole life story before they can assist and yet no one knows what's going on. Mike Brown has the most *********** people at Nedbank.
