You have over stepped the line with me, you are flipping useless.

What a pathetic bank. You let everybody know that you care, and that you are a business bank. What a laughing stock you are. People pay money to do immediate payments to accounts for specific reasons, why WHY do you always have issues with this!!!! Today transferred money, paid a R59.00 in order to have the pleasure of doing this. This transaction was done at 09h00. It is now 13h15, and still the transfer has not been received.

Just what type of bank are you!!! It is flipping pathetic service. When you contact your call centre, people sit with teeth in their mouths, and all they can say is “sorry”, you obviously do not know how many times I have heard that. Was promised to be called by a manager, well that never happened. Some manager in your call centre does not give a damn about work ethics, or is just a totally ***********, useless, yellow bel**** individual, who does not give a damn about customer service. Who is going to compensate the sender for the money paid, but no service was received by the receiving bank??? Nedbank you are way out of line, as I won’t be taking this for much longer.

It fails me to see just how pathetic you bunch have become. And don’t by any measure of means come and try to apologise about it, as I DO NOT accept it.
