You don't care about me, why should I stay... Can you afford to lose clients?

I've been a client with Nedbank for a few years now, we started with an access bond so that from time to time we could access funds. But when we started it was at 12.75% interest - which is extremely high. We've asked for a rate appeal and its been ages without feedback today I contacted the guy responsible here who advised me we'll need to apply for an advance (more on top of what we need... which isnt really a solution) and that he'd only be back on the 8th of Jan, so no movement on this until then.

Right now we need the funds - but we don't need them 12.75% badly... We're prepared to close all our affairs (Accounts, Bond and Insurance) with Nedbank and just access our own investments for funds. But it will be a lost opportunity for Nedbank to retain us as a customer and earn a fair interest and for us to cash out from our other wealth investments. I just feel it would be nice to have a human-being at Nedbank come back to us with a workable interest rate... So we can keep a mutually beneficial relationship open.
