You cant afford your account

After my debit orders went off like they do every month, i received a notification stating that a debit order has bounced. I tried to explain to Gale that acording to the notifications that I've been getting from Nedbank aswell as my internet banking (wich has been giving technical difficulties a few times this week, up to the point where i have been accesing other peoples accounts with my log in details) it is impossible for a debit order to fail. she then explained to me that my notifications were clearly incorrect and then told me that i need to come in to the branch and change my aacount type because i cant afford the account that i have. I have had this account for three years and never missed a payment... on top of that i have a savings acount linked to the same acount wich has enough money in it to pay my debit order atleast 120 times over. I have never been so belittled by anyone. and i will close my account with emmediate effect after christmas. I regret that my bank manager has moved to a different section in the bank, he was brilliant. but this type of attitude has left me no choice but to go to a different bank. Thanks Gale
