You can't do what you want!

So on my contract I signed to pay the last day of the month. But you just want to take money when you want to, will it be ok with you if I only pay you when I want to. This month is the second time that you want to debit my account on the 24th and I phoned you this morning for the second time to correct it! As I don't get paid on the 24th!!!! I'm still waiting for the manager to phone me since this morning!! Your service is so shocking it can make one vomit! Just yesterday I had to log a complain regarding your other department but it seem like the whole of Nedbank is the same! Now I request you to get your CEO to contact me as your sales consultants fail and your managers.
