Absolutely RUDE Call Centre Agents, no help at all, I asked to speak with someone who has authority to help me with my issues! But the Agent put the phone down on me! Thanks for nothing Nedbank! I have been a loyal customer for many years with you - needless to say - I will be moving BANKS! YOU ARE PATHETIC!
