Someone tried to ***** money from my account, so Nedbank suspended the account and told me to visit a branch, fair enough. When I got to the branch they sent an email and told me to go home? I refused and got someone from the ***** department to assist us by calling them myself. Now the ***** department refuses to answer the call from the agent. You and your money is not safe at Nedbank, your time is a joke to them…
