Yeses heartless *******

So I woke up this morning to my banking app telling me about an APO MANUAL PAY, this is almost 4k that nedbank took from my account to pay for credit card debt from years and years ago, I did not authorize this, I'm unemployed and this was my money for groceries, I need to buy food for my children, how do you just go into my savings pocket and take money from there, not even my main account but my savings pocket????

How am I supposed to feed my children???? I did not authorise this nor was I informed, do you have a court order? Was I informed?

Now I must be afraid of my own bank?
