First i just want to say i am beyond disappointed with the service I just received from one of your consultants from the personal loan department by the name of Lunga Mazibuko ,He was very rude and arrogant to an extent of shouting at me on the call .Please teach your consultant the proper customer service skills and how to deal with clients .It is a pity that i am stuck with you guys for a while .Treat your customers well because it is through word of mouth that your service will be known to other and the service i just received i will never recommend anyone to use Nedbank
