Years old problem rises its head again

I'm sorry to report, but the following problem has started again, even though it was thoroughly investigated by Ms Peterson in mid July. It's the same old story: Nedbank assures me every time they have fixed it and then 3 months later, it starts again. <br> This morning I received again an MMS not meant for me, which I have reported since 2013. Just a few of the previous reference numbers are: FI 23150, FI ***, FI ***, FI ***, F***, 283107, ***, 489029 C and 372338. I regularly receive an MMS meant for a Miss A du Plessis about her loan with Nedbank, on my phone (I have had my number for more than 15 years). I'm not Miss A du Plessis. This is not my loan. I've never been a Nedbank client. Apparently her number is similar to mine. The problem has been attended to by so many people, yet somehow my number can't be removed from the database. Bizarre. The number the MMS was sent from this morning is ***.
