Years of correspondence and still no resolve

I'm trusting SENIOR management see this and contact my 84 year old father with regards to a missing investment of R320 000 that was not paid out when my Mother died on 5 October 2017. My father has been sent on a wild goose chase dealing with numerous departments and staff who just cannot / will not help him find this missing policy.
