Hi there,

I have been trying to build a new relationship with Nedbank since my Homeloan account is held with Nedbank, (1) Bad mistake ever.

I even switched my salary to Nedbank in order to try and build that relationship, (2) still a bad mistake.

I'm in sales and sales cannot always be rosy. I had unfortunately the misfortune to have my Homeloan account managed by a lady with the name of Naomi BA who is Nedbank Homeloan credit manager in Gauteng, (3) bad mistake ever and she is talented to be very unprofessional: "BRAVO Nedbank". - Nedbank managements could request for recorded calls and hear our level of engagements (from July to date 2019).

To cut the long story short, in my opinion, whoever she is, she is just unprofessional, since day one, malicious, cannot be trusted, abusing her power, and now damaging her employer's reputation.

I will never ever buy a house through Nedbank Homeloan channel again.
