Wrongly debit ordered
I paif off my car loan in July but you still debitted me in Aug!
I had to borrow money to make my debit orders for the month. I called twice before month end to confirm there would be no debit orders and yet you still debitted me!
I keep following up and never get any response!
This is preventing me from closing my account and getting my retirement annuity paid out!!!
I am now overseas as explained to your call centre agent so you will need to correspond via email if you even bother to do so!!!
