Wrongfully billed

As I am writing this review I'm very angry coz Nedbank is selling ppl dreams the ***** their money, last year they stole my money then they claimed that its because the account I'm on which is PAYU deducts money every time I withdraw money from the ATM so I must do cashback when I need cash to avoid being charged more, so I did. I asked for R50 cashback & Nedbank deducted R77 for the R50 I asked for, then I asked the lady on my App y did that happen & she said its must've been a mistake so she will log a service request but it will take up to 10 working days for it to be reversed but if I want the money to be reversed immediately I must go to my nearest branch so the following day I went to Nedbank branch in Motherwell PE & the lady said she will investigate & call me the following day & the lady never called me but she took my details & she did confirm what I already know which is PAYU doesn't deduct that much money when I do cashbacks so now I'm just waiting for their call but its been 4 days now, I want my money or I'm switching banks!
