Wrongful listing at Credit Agencies

Why is my loan account in arrears with Compuscan.

Please correct this immediately. I never missed a debit order and it's not my fault you guys can't allocate funds to the accounts promptly.

The debit order came off my account the 24th or 23rd, but you only allocated it the 2nd of July 2019.

Remove the listing immediately from compuscan as I never missed a damn payment.

Dont call me. I dont need someone caling me to say they will investigate.
