Wrong mortgage profile on Experian

My experience is Nedbank added a wrong credit profile on Experian affecting my credit score IAM married but the mortgage profile is under my husband but to my surprise they added the account that is not mine on my clear score profile and I did an objection several times but I am not getting any feedback . Can I get feedback on this account *** Mortgage it's not under my profile from the beginning the house has been being paid direct from my husband account now I don't know why they put it on my profile
