Wrong information

This is a second complaint regarding the same matter. I had a loan with Nedbank, that i made an arrangement to pay it off . Which i did, for the past 3 years. I even paid it off. However Nedbank has not updated my payments for the past 3 years on ITC and thus giving the wrong impression that i was not paying them. Which leads to negative listing on my records. I cannot get anymore credit because of this, and its prejudicial to me. Please help me. Nedbank Personal Loan ***
