Wrong information

We have a investment account with Nedbank and each year they give us wrong information. The first I was depositing the number in our savings account and wasn't told that I need to go back inside the bank and ask them to transfers it into our investment, so that way we lost our interest. This year we started depositing the money inside, however, we weren't educated about the charges and the interest we don't even see, it's like give and take cause you don't even see the.interest. Nedbank is a bank bank for investment. I don't even know how to face my stockvel members cause I told that this year will be different cause the money is deposited in the correct account and they need not worrying. All I want from them, so to revise those chargers. The branch that gave us false information is closed but Zevewacht won't even help me. Please help me...
