Wrong impression

Nedbank services is really bad<br> <br> i app**** for a personal loan online, it was approved, the consultant contacted me and it was approved, an email of a contract was send,<br> <br> in the morning the consultant from Park station contacted me to come and sign the contract, i went there and signed, and told me it will be deposited the following day.<br> <br> today i receive an sms that it was declined,<br> <br> they should have declined that online and over the phone, why did they take my time to go and sign at the branch, even on the system dont they decline it when a customer is there?<br> <br> i am so ****ed with Nedbank. i will go and close my account today.<br> <br>
