WRONG DEBIT ORDER DATE

I have a personal loan with Nedbank however they debited my account on the 25th of February. I clearly stated that it should be debited on the last day of the month cause thats when I get paid my salary.

I have been trying to get a hold of them however none of they contact numbers work. This put me at a disadvantage by putting my transnational account in a minus which means it affected my name negatively.

I'm not impressed by this and want it to be sorted out asap.
