Wrong debit

I had a personal loan with them and i settled it but they still made a debit order on the first. I have tried to communicate with them via their complaint email address but there is not even a response to say we acknowledge that we received your complaint and still busy with it. I phoned customer care and waited till my airtime was finished. I don’t know what is the use of these email addresses if they don’t check them and reply to them
