wrong date, wrong reference no.

I used a teller to bank money and pay an aaccount. I used a slip I used a month ago to avoid mistakes. The teller punched Iin the wrong reference number looking at it. The teller also stamped my slip with a date 10 Dec. 2015 and thatIis 9 days apart. So on the 02 Dec. 2015 I have a deposit noteor receipt dated 10 Dec. 2015 When you send the deposit slip, the ccompanyI am paying says this is ssuspicion of ***** cos the reference number is not mine and the date is in the future. So my flat access is blocked because nedbank hires *********** tellers and put he lives of clients at rrisk, causes an inconvenience and now I have to book in a bed and breakfast and I all I got from the manager is that she will follow up and let me know Monday, So I am suspected of ***** and my place is locked cause nedbank aand its *********** tellers that cannot do anything with mistakes they do with people's lives and money.
