Wrong cards been sent over and over !!

I’ve never seen a bank who makes so much mistakes , I blocked my bank card about 3 weeks ago , ordered another card they sent a wrong card , ordered another card , the card arrives today and now it can’t be linked because it’s closed , I have debts I need to pay using my card number this is really a huge inconvenience, this is not the first time it’s happening this also happened when my card got swollowed last year the wrong card was sent to me 4 times I have several envelopes with wrong cards in my draw at work . And I know I’m paying for all these wrong cards being sent . Nedbank you guys really need to up your game , I left FNB because I heard you guys are a good bank but with this service delivery I’m not happy .
