WRONG BUREAU UPDATE

I am so annoyed with Nedbank service. It's terrible. I have called so many times and everyone keeps telling me different things.

I paid my account in January but on the credit bureau its updated as not paid. This is really annoying and completely unacceptable. My credit profile is being affected by this wrong update. You need correct this. I have been calling to sort this but I keep being taken from pillar to post without any assistance.....mn***xmmm
