Wrong advice on an investment

I am complaining on behalf of my mum. My mum has been wrongfully advised by a Nedbank Financial Consultant who has now left the bank and my mum since then has been struggling to get help. We have tried numerous avenues and there seems to be no joy from communicating with them after sending numerous emails every year while my mum is losing out on her invested money that was put into a risky investment at the age of 58 when all she wanted was her money to grow to use as pension. She has been a loyal client of Nedbank for many years but the treatment of her money was taken so lightly that I would not recommend anybody seeking investment advice on their pension go to Nedbank.
