Wrong account payment

Hi I have a complain your bank is the worst ever I sent imali to wrong number by mistake then reported same day,your consultant told me that he stopped the transaction the recipient won't be able to withdraw and the money will be back in to my account with in 48hours .... transaction was made on the 4th of July at 16:25pm ,as I was still waiting for my money to be back in my account yesterday I was surprised to get a message saying that the money was withdrawn the following day at 11:59 , which means the transaction was not cancelled as I was told.....I want my money back in to my account please and after that you can close that stupid account that has no security
