Wow service!

Visited the Fox Str branch a week ago,had to wait for an hour due to other stuff members off sick.I was very unhappy with the waiting BT as the teller started to help me everything went so well other team members also came to assist as difficult as my query was,at the end it was resolved with the a smile i also left with the smile?
