Would not recommend

I've had a horrible experience with this bank really, I app**** for a credit card 3 weeks ago and no one can tell me what exactly is happening. I have already signed the contract and accepted the offer that was given to me. It was dead silence afterwards - how exactly do these processes work? If my application was declined then why do I have to sign a contract in order to know?
