Worst withdrawal experience ever

After numerious calls i cannot even remember how many only 1 gentleman could explain and actially help me as the rest would just tell me they cannot help me and escalate it. It has been escalated but nothing is happening. I asked if nedbank cannot or does not want to release my funds then send it back to my broker and i can effortlessly withdraw into my other bank account which does not give mensuch hasles for my own money/profit.
