Worst. Will go to another bank

Un authorized debit order deductet from my account i have reversed it. I then phoned to ask when i will receive the refund they told me it has been declined as they have refunded me twice.. that being said no email sms or call from nedbank to ask or say they have declined i need my money back in my account it is not my fault that the bank refunded me twice.
