Worst welcome to nedbank

I resently switched from absa to nedbank and i already regret every minute of it, firstly they debited on the 15th after i requested to change a date and bank and today i wake up to a reminder that i will still be debited on tje 2nd. Like what the hell? I have had enough of going to the money app to try and chat to service agent or call the centre only to transfer from pillow to post but still things get worse. It is not worth it anymore
