Worst unprofessional service ever experienced in the banking sector

I have been calling Nedbank since 21th September looking for a paid up letter. I have been taken from pillar to post, been transferred from one consult to another but haven’t received the letter to date.

Account is fully paid, Nedbank even owes me a refund. This is so unprofessional
