WORST SERVICE.....And things are becoming worse

I have been using NEDBANK for over 5 years. I have received the worst of services from NEDBANK ever since I used the bank and it seems they dont care about their clients at the moment. They only bombard you with questions but no way of bringing solutions. I am sincerely disappointed in NEDBANK
