Worst service received from Nedbank Home Loan Department

I recently received a bond approval from Nedbank for a home loan that i had app**** for and had to start paying the interest rate as soon as my bond was registered even though i haven't moved into my new property as yet. The interest rate that I had to pay was never communicated to me by Nedbank or any of their home loan consultants until it accumulated to R 26,000.00. I then received an email from Nedbank letting me know that I had to pay the accumulated interest of R 26,000 which I never budgeted for or knew about. Non the less I agreed to pay this amount so that the developer can finish building my property. For some reason the home loan account number I received from Nedbank wasn't going through on the app so I couldn't make the payment. When I reached out to them to get the correct account number, I was informed that the home loan account number I was given was in fact incorrect and that it belonged to another customer. My account which I received shortly after had accumulated R 37,000 of interest from Dec - Mar. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from Nedbank's home loan department the whole of today to try and get to the bottom of this with no luck. I have been put on hold, have been sent from pillar to post, the seven times that I have contacted Nedbank using my airtime I got cut off and no one bothered to call me back.

This has been such an inconvenience and *********** service that Nedbank has continuously rendered to me despite all the efforts I've made to communicate effectively with their staff members. I have endured this abuse and pain they have continuously inflicted on me and this has to stop. I want them to sort out this mess and I need someone senior to contact me urgently with answers. I'm not going to go through what I went through today with Nedbank. I will be expecting one of your managers to call me tomorrow with answers on how you will be fixing this mess that you have created.
