Worst service received from Nedbank

I received the worst service ever from Nedbank, I've been trying for the last 3 weeks just to renew my Credit Card in the meantime my account is block and I can't use the account.

I've been to branch in Nelspruit crossings 2x already and every time they tell me to contact the call center, when i call the call center they tell me to go to the branch, finally i got someone online to assist me to renew the credit card online and when I got to the branch to make sure it's been ordered they can't see anything on the system.

Really, it's very frustrating it's been 3 weeks now and still i can't use the account.
